U.S. stocks closed out the best week in a month on the eighth anniversary of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks. 

Incidentally, Friday's close of the Dow was within 0.10 points of the close the day before the terrorist attacks.

For the week, the NYSE climbed 3.11% while the NASDAQ gained 3.08%. 

Since March 23, 2009, when the NLX NYSE turned Bullish, the NYSE has gained 31.97%.  

Since July 15, 2009, when the NLX NASDAQ turned Bullish, the NASDAQ has gained 11.70%.
