Recovery?
The market was relatively quiet Friday despite it being a "quadruple witching" day, as traders squared positions ahead of big data due next week that will help validate or nullify the idea that the economy is recovering.
For the week, the NYSE fell 3.49% while the NASDAQ retreated 1.69%.
Since 3/23/09, when the NLX NYSE turned Bullish, the NYSE has gained 14.43%.
Since 3/18/09, when the NLX NASDAQ turned Bullish, the NASDAQ has gained 22.55%.
