Losses for technology, energy and basic-materials stocks pulled major U.S. stock indexes back from significant milestones as a computer glitch at the New York Stock Exchange halted floor trading of more than 200 stocks.

For the week, the NYSE jumped 1.08% while the NASDAQ edged up .51%. 

Since 3/23/09, when the NLX NYSE turned Bullish, the NYSE has gained 18.56%.  

Since 3/18/09, when the NLX NASDAQ turned Bullish, the NASDAQ has gained 24.65%.
