A New Era

Barack Obama was selected as the 44th President of the United States during a historic week, following record setting voter turnout, beating out his challenger John McCain by over a two to one electoral vote margin.   
 
The markets reacted Bearish for the week with the NYSE ending down -3.12% while the NASDAQ retreated -4.27%. 

Since 6/6/08 when the NLX NYSE turned Bearish, the NYSE has sank -35.84%.

Since 9/4/08 when the NLX NASDAQ turned Bearish, the NASDAQ has dropped -27.08%.
